Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 558jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without prior notice.
3.1 Security of Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 558jl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 558jl will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 558jl immediately by contacting our support team. Upon receiving such notification, 558jl will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
558jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 558jl for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 558jl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
3.4 Account Currency
All accounts on the 558jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. 558jl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
558jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. 558jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 558jl does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Philippine payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to 1–3 business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 558jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) your account has been fully verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) there is no ongoing investigation into your account; and (d) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance. 558jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
558jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Current Offers page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from a promotion will not contribute to wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
558jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
558jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to your account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed, except in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
6.1 Placement of Bets
All bets placed on the 558jl Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. 558jl will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific game or sports betting rules.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum stake per bet is ₱20. Maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and event type, and are displayed in the betting interface prior to confirmation. 558jl reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at its sole discretion.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 558jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. 558jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Winnings derived from obvious errors in odds or game outcomes will not be paid and may be reclaimed from player accounts.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 558jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 558jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Cap on Liability
558jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 558jl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 558jl is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.

12.1 Termination by 558jl
558jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) you are a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions; or (e) continued operation of your account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 558jl.
12.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account: (a) your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; (b) any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules; (c) any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation; and (d) any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
12.3 Termination by You
You may close your 558jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of the standard withdrawal process and KYC verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
